iT WAS UNFORTUNATELY THAT THIS PRODUCT WAS NEVER AVAILABLE
tHE BOOK THAT I ORDERED WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN ENGLISH AND A HARD COPY...THEY SEND ME A PAPER BACK VERSION 20.00 DOLLARS CHEAPER AND TO MAKE IT EVEN WORST...IT WAS IN GERMAN!!!!!
WHEN I COMPLAINT, THEY TOLL ME TO KEEP THAT ONE IF I WANT IT ,AND THEY WERE GOING TO SEND ME THE DIFFERENCE OF THE MONEY BACK, BUT THAT THERE WAS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT THE LANGUAGE.
I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED AT THEIR IRRESPONSABILITY.
