By no means I'm a chef but this book gave me the inspiration to create some dishes. The book arrived as advertise. The condition was not mint, but good enough. If you want new, than you can get it, but this product was good enough.

A must for any kitchen

I did not receive this version of the cookbook. Mine says 320 Italian Recipes. Turns out that there are two different versions. No matter what I love this book. It goes through everything italian. Tell you all about buying and storing all type of ingredients. The photos in the book are awesome. The detailed instructions make even the most complicated recipes are relatively easy. I consider my knowledge of cooking is above average but not like a chef. Even though I've prepared many Italian dishes I still found info in this book I haven't seen before. There are many recipes I can't wait to try.
