Read this book to feel what lean thinking in action really feels like

Art's unique experience gives us the key to lean: clarity. One hears so much contradictory stuff about lean these days: it's a toolbox! No, it's a philosophy ! It's process improvement! No, it's about developing people. With the sureness born of decades if practice, Art describes lean turnaround as it really is: a strategy that rests on involving all people through shop floor practical exercises. If you re interested in lean, don't miss this book, which is the only one I can think of that describes what a lean turnaround really feels like in practice. This is real lean, in spades. Read it!

What a treat - Learning with Art himself

Go on a Lean learning journey with Art, and feel, hear - and almost see what is happening "live". I believe that this book must convince anyone about why you should apply Lean as a strategic "weapon". And how you can be so much better than your competitors.
And you even have Art with you on the board and to do battle with you on the Gemba! Thanks Art for this little gem!
