"I think the addition of tablets/mobile devices is a large strength of the chapter and imagery is nice. Students learn with images and descriptions so I think this is done nicely."

She has worked in a variety of businesses designing, writing, and supporting application software; managing a PC repair help desk; and troubleshooting wide area networks. She has written numerous books on software, hardware, and the Internet, including the bestselling A+ GUIDE TO MANAGING AND MAINTAINING YOUR PC, 8th Edition, and A+ GUIDE TO HARDWARE: MANAGING, MAINTAINING AND TROUBLESHOOTING, Sixth Edition. Excellent book! A little hard to access instructor materials online if bought on Amazon.

I like this book a lot, we ordered quite a few to compare them. The pictures are clear and in color, the layout and heft is the right amount in my opinion. We were very happy with it - but BE ADVISED if you are not already a learning center in this company's online portal it can be a hassle to get added. We had to speak to 4 or 5 people and then someone (A very nice guy) had to do us a favor by adding us into the portal system just so that we could access the "Instructor Bonus Materials". The company advised buying directly from them in the future. If the exact company is the one supplying this book to Amazon, they need to clarify and make good on this sort-of mess that Amazon buyers who want the actual Instructor materials are being put in.
